Dinner Party, University- and Ghostfestival

So last week first ^^

Last Week we had a rather normal week, with school, language course and Taekwondo. Just at night other things happened. There was a Rotary Dinner Party where I had to wear my hanbok. Our University had a 3 day festival, where our Taekwondo 'teachers' had a performance and I saw my first K-pop 'concert' and my mother gave me tickets for a international ghost festival.

The dinner party was very korean. We sat there waiting in our pretty hanboks, had to stand up to greet important people and then take pictures. Then we had to listen to Korean speeches for about an hour. Then again pictures this took us another 20 minutes before we were allowed to eat. For about 40 minutes and then everyone was asked to leave and the party was over.
The most interesting part was the room were we changed into our hanboks ^^ It was a wedding room. The smaller room for the traditional part of the cveremony. It was beautiful. ^^ And Yes we took pictures there ^^

Next thing was our university festival. it was a three day fesitavl and I went there on Thursday and Friday. Basically there was a stage and food. There was always something going on on stage, ranging from a talentshow over a couple contest to quite famous singers. I don't remember the name of the singer who was there on Thursday but on Friday Girl's Day came. A k-pop band. They sang three songs and left again. But I have never seen male university students so excited ^^ It was fun ^^ especially because i was in the middle of the crowed.
Also our the Taekwondo perfomance was pretty impressive, even though they messed up quite a lot. I wish I was able to do that.. I don't have pictures or videos of that, but some of my friends filmed and if they upload it somewhere I will post the link ^^

Then there was the Ghostfestival on Saturday. Just 5 minutes away from my house there is an international highschool and they organized this festival. The main attraction was the haunted house. And yes i thought it was scary... mostly because of sudden noises or people touching my leg all of a sudden. But I c
scared people as well.. ^^ running around as a ghost ^^ WUUUUI! I had no costume and no ghost make-up so I had to improvise a little, but it turned out okaish. ^^

this was last week. If I write fast I might have time to update about Seoul now as well ^^ You will see ^^
