Hanbok, School, Language course

Hello!

So It has been another Week. I have been in Korea for a month and a day now. I have no idea how this happenend. I feel like I just updated my blog yesterday, but somehow a whole week has passed.

I go to school from monday to friday. For me it's only from 8:00 to 14:20, for my classmates it's until late at night, they come home around 23:00. They envy me for going home early and i can understand why. It's hard to concentrate on the lessons. In Austria I had no problem doing this (understanding the language might help, yes.. but still). The lessons are too much just listening and reading and writing. There hardly is any talkning, and if therer is most of the students answer together. I mostly have no idea what the question is, but even I can answer "Yes i undersand" even though i don't ^^
But still school is fun, it's more comfortable than I imagined, the students almost live at school, they have everything with them, pillows, blankets, toothbrush.... and of course their friends are there.
I like my friends, even though they are a lot younger and just study all day, they still are nice. ^^ I kind of still wish to go to college, just because I want to meet people my age, and hang out with them, but it's okay. I have fun so there is nothing to complain about ^^

I got my hanbok! YEEEY! It's very bright pink and very see through white xD But you wear another dress underneath to get the puffyness ^^ I have no idea how I should pack this thing in my suitcase, but I can worry about that later. I will wear it next week for the korean thanksgiving. I will visit my grandfather's house where all my relatives will come and I will have to bow to my grandfather and thank him. My father said he would teach me, before we go ^^ So next week I only have two days of school, because no school on holidays ^^ yeey!

So last sunday I went to see a musical. i was very surprised when i got invited by Pia's family to come along. We saw Grease in korean. It was unexpectedly sexual, but fun xD We sat in the first row and saw everything perfectly, including the naked butt ^^ I did not know the story, but I understood. Not through the language though. I only was able to catch a few phrases.

And I went to Gyeongseongde agian. To explore it a little more. It does not have a lot of shops where you could shop, but it has a lot of cafes, restaurants and bars. But what's most interesting about Gyeongseongde are the people. It's a place filled with young people. (so human being around my age) And the people who hand out leaflets are fun. They gave us the same thing in three different ways. Jennifer got hers with a few english words. Later on Pia got hers with the words "keep it forever". When they saw us again they turned on dramatic music and gave me mine (it felt just as if I was in a drama ^^ just not recieving a letter but advertisement). It was fun ^^ They spoke a little english with us. Not much, but it was nice. ^^

In language school, we started learning the basics, so writing Hangul.. It's boring because I know it already, but I think it will not take long until I will have to study to keep up. My father explained a little korean history to me yesterday, about Hangul and things like that. It was hard to understand, because he did it in korean. But since he was drawing on a paper while he explained it was possible. ^^
Back to the language school, we figured out that there is a gym and a dance room underneath our school and we are allowed to use it. Now we only have to find time to work out, but then we cam ^^ yeeey! I am gaining weight and I slightly dislike this. So I am really looking forward to doing something for my body ^^
